Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Beauty Bloundoir, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, including flexible options for cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it is shipped, whichever comes first. Simply contact our customer support with your order details to initiate the cancellation.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you can initiate a return upon delivery under our return policy.

Return Policy

We offer a 10-Day Return Window from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or do not match the description on our site.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at thebeautybloundoir@gmail.com with images of the product and invoice.

Please note: Products marked as “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received and verified at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via NEFT transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
