Shipping Charges

• We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 60 on orders below Rs. 2000.
• Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 2000.

Package Inspection

We strongly recommend that you do not accept any shipment that appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery. If you notice any such issues, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please raise a single complaint covering all affected items within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include photos and a detailed description for a quicker resolution.
